OPEN to Shapeshifters only+ [W] (Just in case.)
My, my. What a beautiful morning sunrise. William had been out all night long. Doing what? Just...walking around. It was an unusual, quiet, and calm night. William had only caught the scent of several other super-natural beings, but only because they were probably less experienced beings. A few Vampires, a Were here and there. Nothing too special. Nothing that really turned on William's 'Tracking-Button.' He wasn't in one of his investigatory moods last night. A stroll about the dimly-lit London streets was more than enough to keep Mr. Gladwell's attention functioning.
William was clad in his usual clothing, his hands stuffed in the pockets of his coat as he kicked a small stone along the sidewalk with the tip of each boot. A slow, steady stride carried Wiliam to the front of the Lunatic Cafe`. Stopping and turning to face the front entrance, a long sigh escaped past his lips; right hand exiting from it's warm home in William's coat and fingers curling about the handle of the door. Turning the lever and pushing, a ding.
Eyes peering around the warm, quite bright room, William stepped in and let the door shut behind him. Stepping over to an empty booth and taking a seat. Awaiting a waitress of some sort to bring him a menu, he noticed a newspaper layed out on the surface of the table. Removing his hands from their homes once again, he gathered up the paper and began to read from boredom. It had been quite some time since William had even cared to read what was going on in London from the perspectives of humans. Will was out enough to know what was going on for himself. Besides, the views of humans and Vampires didn't matter much to William. But, it was interesting to read what they thought about certain topics.
Williams eyes fell on a certain headline in the paper as he awaited his menu.
"OCTOBER 31, 1991 -- HALLOWEEN NIGHT
--there's going to be a fantastic new night club opening up called "BLOODBATH." A wonderfully demonic joint for ravers and party-goers of all sorts! If there's a brain in your head, you'd be wise to come and join in on the festivities!"
"Yeah...if you like Vampires snacking on your faces..." William's eyes lollied about in his skull as he read on through articles. Murders and robberies were getting to be normal in the streets and smaller stores of London. "Over thirty robberies in 3 weeks. Why am I never around when this sort of thing happens...?" Another sigh left William's lips as blinked. Amber eyes being destracted over the top of the paper by an approaching woman. "Finally..."
