open to anyone who's willing to RP. [w]
It had been a hot night. Really hot. Just getting back from the bar and flirting with the unkown people that were there. The six foot, three inches brunette found himself a bit worn out and with a black eye. He hated fighting over cute girls that were apparently 'free game' then turn out that they were having a horrible time with their dates and were looking to have a little bit of attention. Devin couldn't help that one thing led to another and the next thing he knew they were making out.
Moving around the highly expensive or what seemed to be expensive chairs, one stride after another long stride. Devin had found himself laying on the couch looking straight at fireplace. It was good thing this place had a fireplace for the cold winter days. Yet the cold winter days wouldn't bother him, seeing how he was already taken for being dead. He was always cold but after the first couple months of being a vampire he had gotten used to it.
Tapping his fingers against the leather cushion, Devin sat up just staring into the fire place. It looked like someone from earlier was trying to burn some papers but forgot about one. Standing up and tilting his head to his left shoulder, he took about two steps towards the fireplace. Bending down he tried to grab the paper.
"Shit!"
Apparently it hadn't been that long ago when the fireplace was used. The wood was still hot and had burned Devin's forearm. Sighing, he attempted to grab the paper again, this time very carefully and not so anxiously. Being extra careful as he read not to damage it anymore than it already had been, especially around the singed edges. Why was he so curious about what was on it anyways? He had never cared about what happened around here as long as nothing huge and horrible happened.
Sitting back down on the couch at one time he was laying upon, he skimmed over the white object over and over again. Nothing changing but the message wasn't registering in his mind. Could it be from the alcohol he had the night before that was disabling him to think properly. He was determined to figure out what this paper meant and he was going to read it until he found out.

Dora was sitting in the room with her eyes shut as she tried to her high. She knew some one else was in the room but didn't want to open her eyes to see. She had shot up her last bit of dope and took out her note book. She could write so well when she was high, But now as she was a vampire she never knew what it felt like. Her writing was never the same.
Her face was in the note book as she wrote random lines of words that actually made sense. She had burned a couple of papers before some one else ruined her train of thought. The poems; They sucked but we're some what good. She knew that who ever was in the room had picked one up, The dumb ass. She wondered which one this person was reading, Some told secret information but Dora just kept to herself.
Plastic blue fading within our nightly eyes. Blood dripping from the neck after the piercing cry. Dora wondered to herself what she was going to write next, She always wrote about her when she was in full vampire mode. It was like schizophrenia for vampires or some thing. Pretty freak huh? Yeah it was.

Feeling some of the alcohol leaving his body his vision was still partially impaired at the moment. Yet the scrambled up words started to make sense to the boy. It was a poem of some sorts. He didn't know who it was by or why it was in the fire place. Though he didn't write that much, he knew when he read a good poem and this, well this one needed some work. It was still a good poem nonetheless.
His midnight blue eyes scanned the living room wondering if the writer was still lingering around. And sure enough she was. He didn't recognize the girl right off the bat, like most of the vampires that came to this place. Another factor of not knowing most of people could be that he never really stayed there. Even during the day he would at least try to find some sort of shaded area so he could at least say he's seen the sun a couple times. Devin wasn't the kind of vampire to hide during the day. No. He would rather be out and about but he knew the damages.
Standing up and dusting himself off, he made his way over to what seemed to be a normal teenage vampire. As the scrawny boy got closer the more he could smell marijuana. Though he didn't mind the smell, he hated the stuff and what it could do to people. Clearing his throat, "Excuse me." he piped up. He was wondering if this girl was going to be like. Like most of vampires he had met in the past couple of years? Or was this one different? He wouldn't know until she spoke back to him.

Dora's eyes looked up from her note book to the boy standing in front of her. She smiled a very small smile which didn't show her fangs. She was getting used to hiding them. "Hello." She studied his features, His eyes were pretty, That was her favorite thing on people. Dora had seen him a lot but didn't actually know him. She glanced down at her notebook, Leaving the pencil in it to save her page as she shut it. She placed it to the side and waited for him to reply. She had her legs crossed as she sat on the chair. Being the odd girl she was, She looked like this(left}. Dora loved expressing herself through her clothes and that's what she did every day. Being the center of attention was like a daily job for her, No matter where she was at. Even in the daytime when she first became a vampire, She'd just carry around her Elmo umbrella to cover herself. Now she's just a night walker because as she became a vampire throughout the two years, It had gotten worse for her. She always felt shitty and cold.

He watched as the girl just sat there looking up at him. It was kind of odd to watch, his eyes jumping from every little thing. From her hair down to how she was sitting. And the smile was odd too. Trying to hide those fangs was a hard job in itself, he knew that for a fact.
"Hi."
In a trance about the girl's hair, it was just too interesting and odd at the same time that he couldn't help but look. The singed paper hung at his sides as he studied her before actually speaking to her again. The more he looked her over the more he forgot why he was standing there. Snapping back to reality and feeling the paper still in his hand, the brunetter cleared his throat.
"Oh, um, I was wondering if you wrote this."
